If I find a property that is “For Sale By Owner”, or “For Rent By Owner”, while I’m still under the Exclusive Agency Agreement, can I make an offer without your assistance directly through the property owner without any penalty?

Yes, this is an Exclusive AGENCY Agreement, not an Exclusive Agreement. This means that under this agreement you can still purchase or lease an unlisted property (a property that is NOT listed for sale or rent through a real estate firm) without us as long as you deal directly with the property owner and as long as it’s without the assistance of any another real estate firm (for example: in a “For Sale Owner” or a “For Rent Buy Owner” Situation), but if the property is listed with another real estate brokerage firm, you may only place offers through Wealth Share Realty as your exclusive buyer agent.
