When you, as an outside listing real estate agency, agree to show your listed properties to our Contracted Buyer Clients, we want to be fair to you for that extra showing effort, and as a thank you for that favor we will share more of our commission with you when our contracted buyer clients buy any property that your agents physically show them without any of our agents present.
Whether your agency, as the selling brokerage, is paying the buyer agency’s commission out of your share of listing commission, or if the buyer’s agency commission is being paid through any combination of ….. coming from the buyer directly, coming from the seller directly, or being paid by your agency as the listing broker, Wealth Share Realty gives outside real estate agencies the opportunity to keep and earn more commission by reducing our own buyer agency commission portion to share it with your agency when your agents physically show your own listed properties to our contractually represented clients.
Once your designated managing broker signs and returns our agreement, your agency will be able to benefit from our bonus commission offer. Any licensed agent within your agency can then show your listed property to our represented clients, and it does not need to be the actual listing agent. It’s your agency’s choice who you assign to show the property and how you share your agency’s portion of the extra commission your agency will receive as a result of this bonus commission arrangement.
In order to learn how much more of your commission you can receive by showing our contracted buyer clients your agency’s listings and to receive a copy of our agreement, please provide the information requested below. Then once you’ve received the agreement, present it to your agency’s Designated Managing Broker for review and signature and email it back to us at forms@wealthsharerealty.com or fax it to 844-270-270-2677 for an acceptance signature from Wealth Share Realty.
