When you, as an outside listing real estate agency, agree to show your listed properties to our Contracted Buyer Clients, we want to be fair to you for that extra showing effort, and as a thank you for that favor we will reduce the amount of commission that your agency pays us when our contracted buyer clients buy any property which your agents physically show them without any of our agents present.
Wealth Share Realty gives outside real estate agencies the opportunity to keep more of their commission by paying us less of the buyer agency commission when your agents physically show your listed properties to our represented clients. Once your designated managing broker signs and returns our agreement, your agency will be able to benefit from our reduced commission offer. Any licensed agent within your agency can then show the property to our represented clients, it does not need to be the actual listing agent. It’s your agency’s choice who you assign to show the property and how you share your agency’s portion of the extra commission your agency will retain, as a result of this arrangement.
In order to learn how much more of your commission you can keep by showing our contracted buyer clients your agency’s listings and to receive a copy of our agreement, please provide the following information, then present this agreement to your agency’s Designated Managing Broker for review, completion, signature and return.
