Yes. You as our buyer client have the ability to instruct us to either only pursue properties on your behalf where the seller’s pay our commission, or if you are fine with paying our reduced commission out of your pocket (which can be as low as only 1% of the purchase price depending on the number in person showings) , you can tell us to expand your property search to include properties where sellers are not offering to pay any buyer’s side agency commissions, in order to not limit your search to only properties where sellers pay the buyer agency commission. If sellers pay us, we share it with you, and if they don’t, we offer a reduced commission option. When you review our exclusive buyer agency agreement, you’ll notice that the choice is entirely yours.
