It’s simple, we at Wealth Share Realty believe that by sharing our wealth with our clients, we can all win. You as buyer can receive a huge share of commission that you otherwise would not have received from another real estate firm and we are able to grow our business at a much faster rate through gaining clients that we otherwise may not have had a chance to work with and hopefully retain them long term for their future deals too.
Also, we prefer to work with buyers that already know what they want and are ready to make offers, meaning…. The less that we physically assist you in person to look at or inspect properties the more you get to share in our commissions.
Now just to be clear, we are only talking about our physical in person assistance determining your commission share rate. You can still have unlimited phone time, Zoom time or any other digital or facetime assistance from our agents without it affecting or lowering your share of commission. It is only our in person physical involvement during showings and inspections that determines your commission share percentage. Considering that may offers are made nowadays without buyers even seeing properties in person (in situations of highly competitive bidding environments or purchasing out of state properties), we’ve found that physical viewing is often less required by buyers these days. But we are still willing to offer in person physical viewing assistance to our buyers at a reduced commission share percentage, if they so desire.
So in the previous example of a $500,000 purchase (as described in the FAQ called “How does your sharing commission with your buyers work?”),if you did not need us to physically show you the property or be present for any inspection before we helped you make a successful offer to buy it, you would share in 50% of our commission and receive $6,250. But if you prefer for us to physically show you the property in person and be at the inspections with you, we can of course do that for you too. However, the more that we are physically involved, the lower that percentage of your share goes. If we provide you with between 1 and 2 in person physical showings or inspections you receive 30% instead of 50%. In the previous example with a $500,000 purchase, that would be $3,750 instead of $6,250. That’s still a lot more than you’d receive from another brokerage agency, but not as lucrative as receiving 50%. Between 3 and 4 in person physical showings or inspections you receive 20% instead of 50%. And if we are involved in 5 or more in person showings or inspections, we share 10% of our commission with you. So even at our lowest percentage, this is still better than you would likely receive from other brokerage companies that won’t share their commission with you, but of course not as exciting as receiving 50%.
