We started Wealth Share Realty to give buyers, like you, the ability to share in the listing commissions that we as buyer’s agents receive when we help buyers purchase a piece of real estate that is already listed with a selling real estate brokerage agency, regardless of if it was listed with us or even another real estate firm. As you may already know, whenever the property being bought is listed for sale with a real estate brokerage firm, buyer’s agents are usually paid their commission by the seller through the seller’s real estate broker and NOT by you, the buyer. The big difference between us and other real estate firms is that when we represent you as our buyer, you have the ability to legally share in as much as 50% of the Real Estate Sales Commission that we are paid by the seller through the listing broker of the sold property! Depending on which state the property you purchase is in, we can share this with you as either a payment or as a refund of the percentage of commission we receive from the listing agent of the property you purchase. You do NOT need to have a real estate license in order to share in this commission and you can receive this share of commission on any type of real estate that you buy or lease using our services, as long as the property is already listed with a real estate brokerage firm, as most properties offered for sale or lease typically are.
As a buyer, you can obviously see how this puts you at a serious financial advantage when you work with us. Also, as a seller, you can equally see how this will be an obvious advantage to you when you list with us, since our commission sharing helps to attract more of our buyers to your property, especially since we do not charge you, as the seller, anything extra to participate in this commission sharing program when we list your property. We simply share our commission from our end with the buyers that we represent when they buy your property. This also means that our buyers may not need to ask for as much of a price reduction from you, if there is a price negotiation.
So now that you know all this, the question you need to ask yourself is….
IF YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENTS AREN’T SHARING THEIR COMMISSIONS WITH YOU, WHY ARE THEY YOUR AGENTS?
